This refund policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We provide refunds only as a last resort, after all support efforts have been exhausted and a solution could not be found.

A refund may be issued if:

• Our support team has attempted to solve the issue and failed.

• The issue is due to a fault with our service, not external factors.

A refund will NOT be granted in the following cases:

• You purchased a subscription elsewhere and prefer to use that instead.

• You change your mind after activation.

• You fail to follow usage terms or cause service issues yourself.

2. Usage Policy

To maintain service quality for all users, the following usage rules apply:

• 1 connection = 1 device

• 2 connections = 2 devices

Attempting to use multiple devices on a single-connection plan may result in service disruption or suspension. This constitutes a breach of our terms and voids your eligibility for a refund.

3. Internet Responsibility

e2key IPTV is not responsible for your internet connection. If service issues are caused by:

• Poor internet quality

• ISP restrictions or blocks

• Network instability

…we are not liable. However, to help with such issues, we provide a free VPN to improve access and bypass ISP restrictions.

4. Steps Before Requesting a Refund

Before you request a refund, you must:

2. Allow our team to assist you in troubleshooting and resolving the issue

3. Use our free VPN if your ISP is blocking the service

Only if all these steps fail will we consider a refund.
